Opal

Opal grew up in a large family, born to upper class parents in California. Named after her hometown La Jolla meaning "The Jewel" Opal grew up in a family of musicians. Having been surrounded by music from a young age she grew to love it and it's beauty in an otherwise monotone world. While traveling through the prairies and performing she made she made her final stop in the small town of Delano, Kansas before she was to head back home. On a whim, she abandoned her chaperones and followed music she heard coming from a dance hall. There she encountered the Delano Dollies. She was mesmerized and loved the carefree and fun nature the Dollies possessed that classical music couldn't offer her. Yearning for something new in life Opal decided to permanently leave home and join the Dollies so she could experience all of life that she had been missing out on from singing and dancing to her new found love of whiskey while still entertaining her love for music.
